Life as you least expect it

  Hey you Listeners ,     Its been a while I’ve been extra busy with my doggie. About a month after a got my dog Pimienta (Pepper). She kept having the runs. It was lasting for couple weeks. At first I thought it could be stress from moving to a new environment. Then I thought It was going on for a while and starting to take its toll on both me and Pepper with the sleepless nights. So we went to see the vet. After a couple of tests we figured out that she ended up having hookworms and an infection in the skin on her leg. So now we figured what was the problem and since then she been happy and acting very much like a puppy. Getting her nose and mouth into everything outside. She’s now is 1 Years old! Her birthday was on June 20th. Funny enough it was on Fathers Day.. lol.  We’ve been going to off leash doggie parks and making lots of doggie friends.      In April I was featured in my local newspaper for making the Local Top 10 Countr...

  Hey You Listeners, These past 2 weeks have been a learning curve. My new pup Pimienta (Pepper) has arrived from Mexico. yahooo!!! Lol. Been working on getting her on a schedule, it’s been a challenge. Learning what times she needs to go out for her potty breaks.. We’ve been also having lots of fun. Been taking her to couple dog parks that are local. Visited with my sister and her dog Quinn. Both Pepper and Quinn got along very well. If you’d like to know what we’re up to. I’ve also created an Instagram account for Pepper and my cat Mimi, it’s @MimiandPepper21. I’ve got some great news on the job front. I got an interview for a company called The C.o.d.e Initiative Foundation. The position is a Volunteer Program Coordinator. It’s part time remote work which is great. As I can be working from home and being with my pup. Its offers flexible work schedule. The co-founder and VP of the company is really impressed with my resume.. I’m hoping I do get this job..   Hey you Listeners, Haven’t blogged for awhile. Oops lol Last post was on feb 16th. Lots has happened since then. Well In a sense that’s life lol. Something’s always going on. I’ve finally got a date on when my Pimienta is coming here to Canada. She’ll be here on March 7th, so in less then a week. Eeeek very excited!!! I’ve been giving it some thought, and maybe registering her as a emotional service dog for me. Something I don’t normally talk about is I have an anxiety disorder & as well as PTSD. Which if you don’t know what that stands for it’s Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I was diagnosed with P.T.S.D when I was very young around at age 5 years old. Also what’s been happening is I finally have a good chance with a job waiting on hearing back about an interview possibly next week or the following week.. I’ll tell you guys more later about it.   Hey you listeners, It Finally Snowed!!! Yeaaaa!!! 😁❄ I got my fix for snow, lol. Was a kid again. My Friend came over for the day. We  made snow angels,  & We built a snowman. I however unfortunately took 2 tumbles while walking on an icy patch I did not see being covered by the snow in the field. Snow lasted over the weekend. It's all pretty much gone now.  I wonder if it'll snow again. Something that’s been on my mind. Why do in this day in age, we must criticize other people on how they live & what thing or object they may have in there own home. Yes! I still have my Christmas tree up (I would have it up all year round if it weren't for friends/family constantly on me to take it down). It makes me happy. Isn't that what should really matter is that I'm happy. Especially during these hard times. I don't judge people & tell them what they should & shouldn't have in there own home. Hey you Listeners, As I’m sitting here writing and sipping my Hot Chocolate, I’m looking out side, I see the sun has come out. Yeaa Though its getting into the colder temperature outside its supposed to get to low of -9 Degrees Celsius but really it'll feel like -12  Degrees Celsius  which is pretty cold for us. The Inner part of the Province is getting temps at -40   Degrees Celsius. BURRRR !! That's sure as heck cold. We’re supposed to be getting snow later this week. Though weather man has been wrong before... lol when will they get it right..  I’ve been chatting with a guy. He seems pretty nice. He’s a mutual friend of someone I used to go to a camp with 7/8 years ago. I’m of course being cautious as I’m slowly learning more about him. one thing I do really like is he isn’t afraid of telling how his feelings are. I do like that in a man.   Hey you listeners, So, its February, well more like Feb-rainy> It’s been the wettest winter where I live. I've been also little occupied with getting my place ready for my new dog that I've just adopted. Her name is Pepper. She's coming to Canada from Mexico. The rescue Pepper's coming from is Bone Voyage Dog Rescue. Love what they’re doing helping get dogs off the streets of Mexico & into loving homes. I can’t wait for Pepper to arrive sometime this month. I was Let go from my Job at a Local Theatre because of Covid-19 back in April last year. Until they can open again, I’m with out a job, so I’m in the midst of trying to look for a Temp Job I can do in the meantime. Not much luck. I'm with a Company that helps People with Disability's find jobs. Though I'd be willing to take just about anything right now. Before Covid-19 started I was wanting to branch out try something new, instead of cleaning. I don't know why but employers think that people...

 Hey you listeners, Growing up, sometimes when my dad was off work we'd have so much fun together. We'd go bowling, & play board games, my favorite as Monopoly, I got pretty good at it too. We'd also play video games together, though a lot of the time he had no clue what he was doing. lol, what parent does. Every night when it was time to go to bed, my father & I would play a game of cards, either crazy 8's or go fish, sometimes I'd get him to play both before bed. My Father & I have a special bond. The one downer is that I've never had the chance to have a Father/Daughter dance as I’ve gotten older. My dad had to work on the day of my Senior Year Dance. I feel like I've missed out. He made a promise though, that when I get married, he and I will have a Father/Daughter Dance. I don't know if I'll ever get married. I have yet to meet that special guy who loves and accepts me for me. It’s something I would like thoug h . Let’s hope it come...

    Hey you listener's, Ever feel like the world is spinning & you can't control the spin but all you can do is throw what looks like a tantrum but really is you trying to tell others around you that your overwhelmed. Well that was basically my childhood. The one person that really got me was my mom. Ever since I was diagnosed with autism she went way beyond what anyone parent I've know would've done. She took courses & every class on how to raise a child with Autism. She's my role model. She's what made me, Well ME! What I've achieved is because she let me take control on everything I did. Knowing she was there beside me if I needed help I could ask for it. Though my mom can contest it was not easy to raise me. There were times I would push the boundaries.              Hey Listener’s,  I found this show on Crave, called Awkward.. OMG it’s so Juicy. I’m loving it. It’s definitely PG-18, It’s got drama in just about every episode. I’m currently on Season 3. Kinda Ironically I haven’t seen The Kardashians show once. Also FRIENDS is now on Crave. Never the less its a Chill & Marathon kind of night.      Hey! Last year 2020. was a really depressing year. Hoping 2021! Turns around... I’m the type of girl who says yes to mostly everything, never hardly every say no. Though it’s gotten me into trouble. I’ve been told its not a flattering personality thing to have. Though I’ve had a childhood trauma that kinda started it. I always felt like I had to say yes. No matter what.. I’ve been thinking of seeing a therapist. Guess there is one I haven’t seen yet.. Go Figure..
