What’s I’ve been up to lately!

 Hey you Listeners,

    Its been a while I’ve been extra busy with my doggie. About a month after a got my dog Pimienta (Pepper). She kept having the runs. It was lasting for couple weeks. At first I thought it could be stress from moving to a new environment. Then I thought It was going on for a while and starting to take its toll on both me and Pepper with the sleepless nights. So we went to see the vet. After a couple of tests we figured out that she ended up having hookworms and an infection in the skin on her leg. So now we figured what was the problem and since then she been happy and acting very much like a puppy. Getting her nose and mouth into everything outside. She’s now is 1 Years old! Her birthday was on June 20th. Funny enough it was on Fathers Day.. lol.  We’ve been going to off leash doggie parks and making lots of doggie friends. 

    In April I was featured in my local newspaper for making the Local Top 10 Country Music Charts. Link https://www.richmond-news.com/local-arts/richmond-singer-hits-top-10-in-country-music-chart-3613277. I was very honoured the local news wrote the article on me and my music. 

    As June was nearing my mothers shop was due for an inventory count for year-end. I always help out during that time. However counting 12,000 pieces of clothing and accessories can get a bit much. But we got it done just under the wire, sort of speak. Lol. During July at mom’s store I was helping her update the store and reorganized a lot of shelving, drawers, and other spaces. It hasn’t been done in years, and it was needed to be done. I’ve also been helping update the electronic’s and setting up a mobile POS for to use around the store and at special events.

During the month of June, for a week we had severe heat over the whole province the lower mainland got up to 40 Degrees Celsius (about 104 F) the farther inland you go it got up to between 40-49 degrees C (about 104-120 F). Many had a hard time handling the heat. There was many deaths. Though for me as I’ve been to Mexico 3 times during its hottest weather, I just cruised thru it and I guess it helped that I had an AC Machine. 

    Here’s some more great news I’ve applied to VCC for the ECE program (Early Childhood Education Program). I got accepted into the program and I start in the Fall 2021. I’m very excited and can’t wait to start learning. However on the job front I’m not having much luck. I’m keeping at it and applying to variety of places. So fingers crossed.

    

    So that’s all I’ve been up to these past few months.
